During the same period, I opened a new restaurant with a mixed kitchen in Northern Cyprus and worked as the manager and Kitchen Chef for 2 years.

I dropped out of law school and completed my academic education on public administration. I received basic psychology, stock market and economics, journalism, anchoring and presenting training. Between 2012 and 2014, I worked as a presenter and presenter coach on the television channel established by the South Korean CJ group in Turkey.

I worked as a culinary consultant and chef in various regions of Turkey and in different countries. I took on the role of television chief in the daytime program broadcast every weekday on TRT1 channel. I brought an international flavor to vegan cuisine and carried out studies on functional foods in collaboration with universities.

Currently, I provide consultancy to many restaurants in different countries, prepare recipes for international chain restaurants, design functional foods together with nutritionists, do voiceovers on major television channels, and write a book on sourdough breads, wheat and sourdough with an important team.
